DMCA Policy

Last updated: January 2026

Starlit Passage respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and vendors to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

1. Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may send a written DMCA notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL).
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

DMCA notices can be sent to: dmca@starlitpassage.com.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your place of residence, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

3. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate accounts of users or vendors who are determined to be repeat infringers.
