This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes rules that apply to users and vendors of the Starlit Passage Services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

• Is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Is excessively graphic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a memorial context.
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Contains spam, scams, or misleading claims.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass, stalk, or otherwise abuse any user or vendor.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including by overloading or attacking our infrastructure.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the site.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must present truthful, accurate information about their services, credentials, and availability. Vendors may not use the platform to make false claims, misrepresent pricing, or otherwise mislead families.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the Services at our discretion where we believe this AUP or our Terms of Service have been violated.
